Is New Cath's offense as potent or dare I say, fast as Highlands. New Cath hasn't scored more than 30 points a game in their three years vs. the Raiders. I don't think Kues and company is as good as Diehl and company.

 

I would love to see this "fast as Highlands offense." I will give credit to NCC that they are fast and a great team, however, fast as HHS, not hardly. I also think that NO ONE is giving Ryle's D the credit it deserves. I guess they'll just have to show everybody.

Great Saturday night contest that should find a lot of interested onlookers making their way down by the river. SK is supposed to be the class of NKY 6A this year. If that is true, it should be a laugher for NC. We'll find out a lot in Newport on Saturday night. I expect a close game.

Ryle 28-21

Tough call. CCH won due to an explosive offense getting the ball in the hands of playmakers. Does Ryle have the same playmakers? It was hard to tell in the HHS game.

 

Ryle's D is better than CCH's without question.

 

Its a tossup but if you made me pick I'd probably go with NC in a squeaker.

SK is supposed to be the class of NKY 6A this year. .

 

NKY 6A is wide open.

Ryle 24 NCC 21

I look for special teams or a crucial turnover to win this one. Ryle's Offense was suspect at best against Highlands. (18 yds after 3 quarters...and only 1 big play in the 4th). Their D was outstanding. NCC has a good, multi-attack offense...but obviously their D has some issues to let that lead get away. I'll go with the poise and potency of Robbie Kues & crew to win a low scoring affair. 18-7

I believe that they are at this point in the season. It wasn't until the end of the year that Diehl & Co. got really clicking. That team was shut out against CovCath the week after beating Ryle, granted it was a very very good good CovCath team.

That's pretty awesome. I knew that there was some good to the Breds not having their own field yet. When is that happening by the way-NMTTJ(Not meaning to thread jack)?
