September 7, 200818 yr Should they have boo'd? Id say no but should Uk have forced all those tickets holders to join the K-fund? Doesnt justify booing but hey its your money boo if you want to.
September 7, 200818 yr I personally don't like the booing of Hartline...he is talented and will get much better. Cobb is so fun to watch...He has to be on the field. The Defense continues to impress...they were running all ovr the field today making plays and laying some wood. MTSU comes to Commonwealth next week...They took down Maryland tonight at home...can they give the Cats a scare?? We need to continue to improve and take care of business. 2-0!!!:ylsuper: GO CATS!!!
September 7, 200818 yr IMO the fans were booing the coach's decision not Hartline... If you boo the coach for playing Hartline then you are basically booing the player. At least that is how Hartline probably felt. I agree that Cobb is playing well right now, but it is only Hartline's second start. To boo Hartline (or Brooks for playing Hartline) is bushleague at this point in the season.
September 7, 200818 yr I don't think they are booing the player. The are booing the decision. That is just as pathetic IMO. UK is easily on their way to a 2-0 start after the coaching staff has proven in recent years that they know what it takes to take UK from the cellar to competitive. Fans who booed are classless and the same fans who wouldn't be in the stadium if UK wasn't winning, fairweather uneducated fans!
September 7, 200818 yr IMO the fans were booing the coach's decision not Hartline... Doesn't matter. It was classless period. He is a college KID in only his 2nd collegiate start. I am a UK fan to the bone,.... bleeding blue all the way, ... but the fans should be ashamed of this. No difference in booing the decision or the kid, ... Hartline still heard them and had to feel pretty bad about himself at that point. The defense has been all that UK fans expected and then some. Great job by Coach Brown and the D for a 2nd straight week. Didn't Norfolk score 47 points in their season opener? Impressive.
September 7, 200818 yr I was at today's game... Did not boo Hartline, but definitely wanted to see more of Cobb. I really believe the team responded a lot better to him. I think he gets more out of everyone than Hartline does, but that's just my opinion. The difference in the play of the team depending on which of them is on the field is really night and day. The one observation I've made... Hartline has still yet to have a hand in a touchdown... Cobb has 3. Call me a believer, Cobb should be the starting QB.
September 7, 200818 yr I don't care what the score, what the player, what the coaches decision, NOBODY WHO IS A TRUE UK FAN SHOULD BE BOOING IN COMMONWEALTH STADIUM AT MY CATS! Boo at these things: 1. Bad calls by the refs 2. Tennessee 3. Florida 4. Spurrier 5. Spurrier some more LOL-Come on people, don't boo my CATS!

September 7, 200818 yr Booing was pathetic! I can honestly say up in rows 30-38 of section 206, there was very little to NO booing. Its sounded like it was coming from the Upper student section but couldn't really tell. I saw improvement, but there is still a ways to go. GBB
September 7, 200818 yr MTSU beat Maryland. They should give the Cats a pretty good test next week. A loss would not surprise me at all. They will be a tough test for sure. The Cats must get the offense in gear to win. I told you guys the NSU band was good!
