August 26, 200818 yr I believe that today is the day that the University of Chicago will be opening boxes of files that formerly belonged to an organization that Ayers founded and Obama sat on the board. A National Review reporter had previously been denied access to the records after initially being told that he could view them. Correct. It will be interesting to see what, if anything, comes out of those files.

August 26, 200818 yr 125 Americans died at the Pentagon on 9/11. Yeah, that's really funny. I don't think that anyone thinks that the death of Americans was funny . I know that I sure didn't. I took it as him making a joke about Obama, nothing more and nothing less. I would never make accusations like saying "125 Americans died...real funny" towards anyone and certainly don't appreciate anyone making them towards me "if" that was the case. This entire political season and all the sensitivity is getting to be a joke to me and I can see that it is not going to get any better and is certainly no longer worth my time. So, that is my feelings on that. Just one more note for all the ones that have said to me ..."you republicans" and the like. I fully admit that I have claimed to be conservative and am proud to be conservative...but Republican? I have never said that.. Think again.:lol: I just am not one of these liberals that seems to have taken over the Democratic party (I still don't consider them democrats). JMO I have had a good time on this forum....so have fun with it.

You may not find it troubling that the man who may become our next president has close ties with unrrepentant terrorists over a long period of time, but many Americans will find the association relevant. So, why should the public be kept in the dark about Bill Ayers, his terrorist wife, and their relationship with the Obamas? Do you agree that with Obama calling for the Justice Department to intimidate media outlets into not running the ads? This seems like a more relevant issue to me than whether John McCain knows how many houses his wealthy wife owns. Hey, haven't you ever heard of forgiveness???
