Just hours ago Senator Barack Obama announced he has chosen Senator Joe Biden as his running-mate, adding his own harshest critic to the Democratic ticket. Senator Obama's choice in a running-mate once again brings up his questionable judgment when faced with making major decisions.

 

Senator Biden doesn't believe that Senator Obama is ready to serve as president. When asked about Senator Obama's lack of experience he said, "The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training." The fact is, there has been no harsher critic of Senator Obama's lack of readiness to serve than his new running-mate, Senator Joe Biden.

 

Senator Biden has long been a leading critic of Senator Obama's lack of foreign policy experience. He's criticized Senator Obama for his lack of leadership and judgment on Iraq, Afghanistan and his commitment to meet unconditionally with the leaders of rogue states.

I do find Biden's choice of Joe Biden to feel in his inexperience gap as eerily familiar. What it is? Let's go back 8 years. Yeah that's it.

"Does a guy who worries about the price of arugula and thinks regular people 'cling' to guns and religion in the face of economic hardship really want to have a debate about who's in touch with regular Americans?"

McCain made a stupid mistake that makes him look bad, IMO. It's bad when you don't even know how many houses you own. Makes him seem awful worthy of the elitist word that many conservatives around here like to throw around.

There's no way he should have been expected to give that answer off the top of his head. There are many different types of property and many different types of ownership arrangement. From what I understand, most of what they own was bought by Cindy McCain.

:lol: I can understand if you own a lot of rental property...but McCain should have at least known how many houses he owns that he stays in from time to time. And he should have a close enough relationship with his wife to know how many properties she has purchased...right? A potential future President of the U.S. should be able to keep up with how many houses he owns, that's all I'm saying.

If it was only McCain's financial dealings and not those of his wife you might have a point.

 

But when your wife is worth millions and has her own financial dealings, you might not know the number of houses your family owns.
