Not really out of the realm of possibility when you consider how low Hollywood has set the bar on quality film-making in recent years.

 

I immediately thought of "Bloodsport" while watching that dude dance around.

It's from Never Back Down. Chances are that was filmed by an extra in the crowd.

 

If I didn't already recognize the scene exactly, you can hear them announce defending "Beatdown" champ Ryan McCarthy, a character from the movie and the guy that gets that solid punch.
