MCIT Brackets

Not true. Augusta and Deming used to be regulars in the tournament and get paid quite well for their "troubles".

^ Augusta was in the MCIT. But I do not consider them "regulars".

Doesn't Campbell have everyone back besides their point guard? I figured they would have a chance to be a threat in the region. Not a good omen for contending in the region if you can't even get to the finals of the MCIT.

CCHS only lost their point guard. Their top scorers are back. This should be a competitive tournament, but Mason will still be the odds on favorite. Its hard to say that Mason is rebuilding after the loss of Darius, thye just re-load. Though Clark Co. is the best team on paper in the 10th, Mason will always put themselves in the thick of things. Campbell County will be better, but is still rebuilding. Never count out Brossart, but now they have lost two key coaches in two years, so it's not just rebuilding the talent, but meshing the coaches together as well. Deming will be the sleeper. Very solid underclassmen. The twins may be the best sophmores in the state.

Pretty weak!

I was suprised too. Thought that Mason was in the 5/3 this year????

I would think Mason Co is playing in that tournament in Daytona, 5/3 and then the MCIT to start the new year. Seems to be how it is every year.

Can you get a copy of Mason Co schedule and post it? I know I posted GRC eariler , so it must be completed.

I stand corrected, the full schedule hasn't been posted that I know of. I know someone posted a link to the Daytona tournament and that tournament takes place the 27th through the 30th. So that means that Mason Co won't be in the 5/3 this year, that hasn't happened in ages.

So we will have to wait and see if the Royals will play in a tournament before Christmas. Here is a link to the Daytona tournament.

This tourney is the same time as the 5/3.

Yep, I thought it was before Christmas and then the Royals would come back, much like Hawaii and play in another tournament.

So when I went to get the brackets and pull up the link, I saw it's going to be the same dates. Hence, why I said that I stand corrected. :thumb:

We have plenty of Mason Co people here on the board, someone tell the coach and/or AD to give us the schedule already. Yes, we must know the games months and months in advance.

The Royals have enough frequent flier miles built up to make the trip thru the air.

The Deming King twins are good ballplayers. Highly unlikely being the best sophmores in the state though. They are not even the best sophmore twins in the 38th district.
