August 16, 200818 yr Author Yes. They won the 3rd 15-13... I almost got just as pumped for that game as I did for Phelps race. They had me a little scared when they were down 6-0 in the third set. Good win though. I had a couple innapropriate words when I saw Phelps touched first...awesome. And I really like what Mark Spitz had to say about Phelps during the post interview.

August 16, 200818 yr Phelps is simply amazing. I'm a fan of his for life now. On a side note, Phelps also makes me feel like a complete waste of life. I'm the same age as him, a college student, with a few grand in the bank, and still have a couple years of school left. Nothing special at all. Meanwhile, he's setting records on nearly a daily basis. While also showing he's faster in the water than the other 6.5 Billion people on the planet. Talk about setting the bar high for guys our age.

August 16, 200818 yr I was at Belterra last night when Phelps won the gold. I was standing at the craps table and all of a sudden everybody was screaming loud and going nuts. I was like man no way all these people just won a lot of money at the sametime. Then I looked up and saw Phelps squeaked one out.
August 16, 200818 yr Was anybody watching Badminton? 2 Chinese women were playing against each other in the gold metal game and when one of them won the announcer yelled "And China wins the gold!" Im sitting here like uh yeah no poop sherlock.
August 16, 200818 yr The kids have a new favorite Olympic sport -- trampouline. They were ooooohing and ahhhing watching them do flips on the tramp. While they were watching it, I was in the backyard disassembling their trampouline. No need for a Beijing reenactment.
