The GCL is rock solid academically, but there are a few kids here and there that don't make the grades because it is demanding. Ashley and Scruggs were the better prospects, and they are fine...

I know they had some uncontrollables: -Homesickness -Career Ending Injuries That coupled with the academics and arrests which are above average and a few misses in the recruiting season and you have your final effect

They should get by OK this year, but it is going to be next season where it really hits, particularly on the defensive side of the ball.
