I have an account its BostonGeorge322, but ill probably cancel it and set up a new one. My little bro has ruined my record on sports games but quiting halfway through. August 6, 200818 yr There are some factors. TV, kind of game you like, kind of movie you like. The 360 just has a regular DVD player, and the PS3 has a Blue-Ray. On the PS3, you can get on the actual internet like on a computer. If you like action games the Xbox 360 is the way to go! If you like sports games, the PS3 is better. It has better titles in sports games and better graphics I have heard. Good choice with the 360. I love it. Add me on Live if you want, Flynn44. My brother has xbox360 and i wasnt impressed with their online experience after all the hype i had heard about it. Not only does it cost money it wasnt to easy to navigate through. Ps3 easy to use, i've never had a problem with it and the internet explorer is great.
August 6, 200818 yr I have no frame of reference for the PSN, but my general thought on it is that people don't like paying $50 for XBox Live, but really, what is that? You spent $300-$400 on a system but you can't find $50 (or just over $4 a month) to pay for what has been generally accepted as the better service? It's not really that big of a deal. As for the Internet Explorer on PS3, the day I use my browser to surf the real internet is the day I'll die. I can't think of anyone that would have the internet that doesn't have a real live computer there as well, and I don't care how easy browsing can be on a console, it's easier on a PC.

Why is it so much more superior? Everything offered on xboxlive, psn offers. My laptop just fried, so instead of going out spending $1000.00 on a new one, I'll just use my ps3 for awhile. You are right it's easier on pc, but not to hard to use on the ps3.

I didn't even get into why it's superior, just that it has been generally accepted by most websites that I've read that it is. And yeah, free is better than 50 dollars. I'm simply saying that some people act like they're asking to cut of your arm.
August 6, 200818 yr I own both and never touch my ps3. Pretty much the only reason why is most my friends own a 360. It would be pretty hard for me to switch over to playing ps3 games though cause the 360 has been great.

August 7, 200818 yr As far as PS3's online gaming being free, all I can say to that is you get what you pay for....The online play between the two systems isn't even close....
