August 7, 200818 yr As far as PS3's online gaming being free, all I can say to that is you get what you pay for....The online play between the two systems isn't even close.... I keep hearing this yet havent heard why xboxlive is so much better. (by the way, I have played on both networks)

October 17, 200817 yr I sent my first Xbox off 3 times, they fixed it with no charge... it finally quit working though and I just recently purchased my 2nd Xbox. I've never played a PS3 so i can't really say what to get. I love my Xbox although it tends to break down, but Microsoft will fix and return fast and free.

You may get what you pay for, but PS3's free online gaming is great. I'd recommend a PS3, hands down. It's a Blue-Ray DVD Player and it picks up wireless internet. Like Microsoft, I have heard that Sony repairs PS3 if something is wrong as well. I haven't had any problems with mine, though.
