July 27, 200818 yr Fogg could possibly be on the wishlist for some teams looking for a 4th or 5th starter. He has been really good since coming off the DL.

I hate being a Reds fan sometimes.:irked: That's why it's so much fun to watch the Reds everyday. You don't know if you are going to see something special or something awful, it's a grab bag of fun. ANY team can be consistent day in, day out. I want a team that looks like an A ball team after a 20 hour bus ride one night and a professional team that does their job the next. :lol:

July 27, 200818 yr Hope for what? A .500 season? A game where no one gets hurt? If the Reds were still in the NL West, I could understand the optimism but no one is going to catch the Brewers in the NL Central.

They have been doing the same thing since 2000...Man I loved that 1999 team...One of my favorite Reds teams of all time...One of the best reds teams not to make the playoffs...That team had heart...There has not been any leadership for the reds after that year...IMO The leader of that team was Greg Vaughn...Not the best player in the world but a guy who spoke up when players did not hustle...And the one thing I can say about Greg Vaughn is He did hustle...:thumb:
