July 18, 200818 yr Im really digging this bud light lime. Thats the only beer I really want to drink right now. Amen brother. I moved from Rolling Rock to Bud Light Lime. I still like both a whole bunch, but BLL is my drink of choice. The only thing about it is its only 4.2% alcohol. Doesn't really affect a whole lot, but don't really understand why they'd lower the percentage.
July 18, 200818 yr When we were in Melbourne, Fla last month for testing one of the guys for GE took us out and Coconuts had buckets of Landshark Lager on special so we drank some. I had seen the advertisements but hadn't tried it yet and it turned out to be pretty good. I haven't switched to it or anything but I've bought it a couple of times since. I have heard so much about it, and I am a budlight girl. I decided to buy it and I love it. July 18, 200818 yr Has anyone ever Been to the Portsmouth Brewing Company, owned by the same guy who own The Ribber. They make their own unique beer, pretty good from what I can tell. :thumb: I love every beer I have had there.

July 18, 200818 yr Bud Light is my old faithful. However, just got back from Gulf Shores and really got to like Corona. I didn't really care for it when I tried it before but it grew on me this vacation. Also tried Bud Light Lime and loved it, Miller Chill...liked it but not nearly as much as BLL. Others I have tried and liked...Blue Moon (we had some Honey Moon Summer Ale at the beach but didn't get to try it), Negra Modelo, probably some others that I drank too much of to remember the name.

July 19, 200818 yr Ahhh! Beer makes the world go round. This is a subject near and dear to my heart. I've been brewing about 10 years. Beer is a bit of a passion for me. I always recomend that folks get the Goose Island mixed 12-pack. It has 2 bottles of 6 different beers. Liquor Barn 10.99 - 12.99. You guys in NKY. If you've not been to RockBottom in Cinci you need to. Great handcrafted beers. Those of you who like Bluemoon, try Hoegaarden Original White. It is the beer that BM is patterned after. Also, if you like BM you should try Goose Island 312, or one of the many Leinenkugel Wheats. You wheat guys might want try a Blonde Ale also. Red Hook makes a good one. And if you can find them, Chimay and Leffe are great. Stella is a Euro Golden Lager. It is what Bud used to taste like 30-40 years ago, before they started adding so much rice to the recipe. Try Kronenbourg 1664, Kell's Irish Lager, Tubourg, Carlsburg, or Wurtburger. Like Carona - try Pacifico or Tecate. All of the Sam Adam's products are good. Thing to remember is each style of beer is not to everyones taste. So try a bunch of different ones it fun and great conversation. This is one of my most favorite topics, I could go on all day. So I better submit, before I get carried away.

July 19, 200818 yr I've been experimenting every time I go to pick up beer, so I haven't picked one to be 'my' beer yet, but some front-runners include a few different Sam Adams, Black Majic Java Stout (if you like coffee, and you like beer, this is a must-try), Dos Equis, Leinenkugels Big Butt, Goose Island 312, Guiness, and, if I could afford to drink it regularly, Fishead 120-minute IPA.

Ram if you like Fishhead IPA. Give Sierra Nevada Celibration a try. Goose Island's IPA is excellent, and it's on sale at Kroger for 5.99 a six right now. Another really good hopped up beer isTwo Hearted Ale. I like Leini Big Butt, and I can not lie. LOL

I knew Natural Ice.... yuck... was 5.9%, but that was the extent of my knowledge of any differences.
