July 15, 200818 yr RR seems bound and determined to change the traditions of the Michigan program. Will the helmets be next? Will the "Go Blue" banner be replaced by pyrotechnics?
July 15, 200818 yr I personaly like the blue jersey and am so so on the white. On the inside they have stitched Bo's famous quote " Those who stay will be champions" and the 42 big ten titles.

RR had nothing to do with the uniforms. U of M was switching to addidas this year regardless of who the coach was. RR has done nothing to detour from the traditions.

July 17, 200818 yr What about the #1? Not a true tradition at Michigan. Yes some great recievers have worn the #1but the only reciever that has had to earn the right to wear it was Braylon Edwards. That is far from doing away with tradition.
July 17, 200818 yr I don't care what a team looks like in uniforms traditional/new-age as long as they play good enough to win. Sometimes a change is needed to bring the team apart from the past to the present and with the new coach Rodriguez whom I think is a great guy/coach and will do well at Michigan. Quit bashing the man and let him put his team on the field and see what happpens. He may struggle early on but the impact will be there as he did at WVU.
