Gallagher makes or breaks the deal for Oakland, and Billy Beane has a pretty good record in acquiring young pitchers. Harden is a great pitcher, but he's always one pitch away from breaking down ... a great risk, but one with great upside. Gaudin gives the Cubs another good bullpen arm. Now, can we keep Marshall in the rotation and move Marquis somewhere else?

CC will play every 5th day, he can't make that much of a difference, especially on a team that lives and dies by the long ball

Look at the other divisions. The West has no one over .500 and the East is struggling as well. If the Mets get their head out of their butts they could challenge for the wild card. As of today, I am would say the Cubs and Brewers are in great shape to get 2 of the 4 spots.
