July 8, 200818 yr It's a big risk with his injury history, but why not. I think it's a good trade. Here are Harden's numbers in a very young career to this point.
July 8, 200818 yr Author I think is a great situation for him to go into, when he's healthy he has some of the best stuff in baseball. Lets hope he stays healthy, if he does look out for the cubs in the playoffs, a playoff roation of Big Z, Harden, Dempster (at home) and Lilly if needed is gonna be a tough rotation to top! I love it, lets get Fonzi back and we are good to go!

Great deal to land both Harden and Gaudin. :thumb: My initial reaction was not that stoked about it, but Gallagher has potential, that one worries me, but Murton is just a singles hitter, Patterson is ok, but we can give him up as and this catcher, all positions we have depth in. Good trade IMO

July 8, 200818 yr Author Maybe he can get back on track. He's struggling with his control this year and his innings the last few years, has been down. I disagree, he's pitched 77 innings this year with only 31 walks and 92 strikeouts, thats almost 3-1!
