Got gas for $2.59 on Rt 17 this morning heading toward Independence.

Went by a station this morning that was $2.59 yesterday, $2.89 this morning. Why? Because they can. Yesterday the Shell station on Mineola Pike near GCNKIA, which is about the highest in NKY, was at $3.00 (2.99-9).........because they can. :sour:

Whatever became of that lawsuit that the Kentucky Attorney General filed some years back against Marathon for essentially price gouging?

Aren't we going to see a $.10 per gallon tax hike this summer in KY?

But the price at the tank was up big time today.

Up as much as 56 cents at four different locations today.

Got gas in Simpsonville yesterday for $2.49. When I got to the station closest to my place in Middletown, maybe 15 minute drive, it was $2.99.

Gas at several stations jumped a yearly high .60 today.

Prices ranges- 2.89 Highest Etna. (All four of the stations in the area jumped .60)

Lowest- 2.45 Hebron exit off I 70-37. (They will raise their prices n the morning)

Gas in my area of Birmingham (Leeds) is $2.38.

We won’t see that till December in Cincy. It’s the only part of my drive to PCB I’m looking forward to in a few weeks!
