  • I never pay attention to gas prices as it doesn't impact my life in any way. Meaning, I'm going to drive to and from my job, gym, etc. But I did read last week that prices should start to ease their w

Probably due to the potential of a new tropical storm brewing. Oil companies never miss a chance to gouge on potential events.

When’s the last time we couldn’t find gas, 1980 something?

Funny thing the Columbus Dispatch and the local news said with gas prices being lower, we would be paying less for gas this holiday weekend.

Oil 56.21.

Gas in my area went up as much as 35 cents today, with most places being set at 2.69.

Oil 54.10

Anywhere between 2.54 and 2.74 in my area.

Sunday in Corbin, Kentucky 2.19.

Saturday in the Richmond, Kentucky area 2.18.

$2.29 in Maysville yesterday.

I was expecting the hurricane to drive prices up, but we've been $2.39 for a week.

Oil 57.95.

In my are we got the 57 cent increase today with most stations now up to 2.75.

Well whaddya know, gas is up 30-40 cents this morning as I passed a Greedway station on my way to work. Why? Because they can.

And not a single politician ever says anything about it, while the consumer gets the gouge.

Saudi Arabia brought in a new oil minister (third in 3 years) who wants to boost prices for their upcoming IPO. SA also needs $75 dollar oil to balance their government budget. Keep in mind oil is $56 right now. If they have if their way, we pay at least $3 year round.

Anyone want to guess why they can’t control prices like they use to be able to do? If you guessed North American shale, you would be correct.

Came from Maysville yesterday and it is 2.15 there, but 2.55 in NKY. What is wrong with that picture?

2.15 in Paducah today.

Get that $2.15 today. Iran’s attack’s on Saudi Arabia’s oil fields, is gonna drive oil up around $10 bucks. We’re at $2.58 in Cincy.

59.07

Even with oil down again today, we received our 2nd increase in less than a week today.

2.69-2.89 is the range.
