Clinton set to drop out of race tonight

Maybe a ploy to attract more attention for her campaign?

"I am the best candidate for Presidency this year, and I will not give up until every option has been exhausted. Hilary in 2008!""

Just kidding.

I could be wrong, but I just don't see very much of any kind of "deal" between these two. If he chose her as a running-mate she would probably get as much of the headlines, maybe more, than Obama, between now and the November election. I don't think Obama could handle that. And Bill would always be in the limelight too.

But he may be desperate enough to do it. The White House is a big accomplishment.

Somebody told me that she had to stay in the race until all the state primarys were completed to continue to raise money to pay off her campain debts. Is this true?

Clinton not ready to concede race, her campaign chair says

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sen. Hillary Clinton's is "absolutely not" prepared to concede the race for the Democratic presidential nomination to Sen. Barack Obama, her campaign chairman said.

Terry McAuliffe rejected as "100 percent" incorrect an Associated Press report that Clinton is preparing to acknowledge that Obama has the delegates to win the nomination Tuesday night as the five-month Democratic primary process comes to a close.

There is a rumor that something "big" is supposed to be made public Wednesday concerning Michelle Obama..............sure can't see Clinton getting out before this comes to light, if there is anything to the rumors.

There is supposedly a tape of some thing she or Barrack said that is to be made public. But, no one will confirm it's existence. My guess is that it is just a rumor that was started and the right is using it while they can (by not denying it's existence).

The RIGHT? You mean to say that Hillary is part of the "vast right-wing conspiracy"???

Hannity talked about this yesterday on his radio show. He basically said that it was a rumor as far as he knew and that he's never seen any proof of anything of the like's existence.

She is if it gets her elected. :D

So much for that rumor!

Obama has won the Democratic nomination, now it's time for the real fire works.

But Hillary still hasn't conceded.

If I recall correctly, in 1980 Ted Kennedy took the fight for his candidacy to the Democratic Convention. He did not have enough delegates to unseat Jimmy Carter but he threated a floor fight that was squelched by the Carter people.

Of course the results of the General Election show that disunity didn't help matters much in November.

Hopefully she will in the next 2-3 days!
