I like the agressive play by Votto right there, no harm done by being thrown out.

On the bright side, I don't think Cordero is going to have too many games like this one.

This would have been a big win for the Reds...Now they need to come out and with the last two games of the series.

It's really hard to criticize Cordero for the job he's done this year, but I really don't understand challenging Ross with back to back fastballs there. Ross is a dead fastball hitter, and struggles with the breaking stuff. Maybe Co Co didn't have the feel for his slider, I don't know.
