Barring an explosion, is there any way Volquez isn't the NL starter in the All-Star game? He's unbelievable. If he could gain just a bit more command, he'd probably have 3-4 CG's already.

Yes. Brandon Webb is 10-2, and has been around a little longer. You also have to figure in when the pitchers have pitched leading up to the game.
