Owen and possibly Trimble County. Both teams return most of last year. Depends on the draw, which i understand is done already. Anyone got it to post???

Henry does come back to "A" status this year. Trimble will be a tough out. They lost to Walton in the tournament this past year at the buzzer, and as I said in an earlier post, return most of their players.

 

Is this the "all A site' ? When you say tourney...please indicate the real 8th region tourney or the "All A'... there is a big difference....These 2 would be a non-factor.

If you read the posts that these refer to, you would know it's about the All "A". Although I agree that North Oldham will have a nice squad returning, read all the posts before post-jacking where it doesn't belong.

 

It's not an "All "A" Site", but you really don't hear from the folks from Anderson, the Oldhams and Shelby much. Other than yourself.

 

Not to re-hash history, but would you have made the "tourney" comment had the shot from Taylor Jones gone in on March 12th???

 

Half of the teams in the region are "A" schools. Sounds to me like a bit of jealousy (sp?)

There's nothing holding anyone back from starting the All "Big" Classic is there???

 

The 8th Region will be a bit more competitive this year I think. Some folks that have been building their programs for the past few years will see that hard word show. We saw a bit of that last year. More to come this year I think.

The subject is 8th Region, the all A has an 8th region as well as the "real" tourney. You see many teams that are competitive in both.

 

I do not know much about NOMS but look forward to seeing them, sounds like they are a different team from last year. I think Anderson will be great and I wish there were more Bearcats that posted so we could get the scoop.

 

All A is giong to be competitive too with the 2 new teams added. I think it is anyones tourney this year.

All A is a HUGE part of 8th region basketball. The winner always seems to make noise in the regional tournament. Gallatin last year. Hello. Wake up and smell the coffee. This is not just Oldhams and Shelby anymore. The bigger schools better not look over these "A" schools or they are going to be surprised in the "real tourney"
