Both groups can score, Marquette's group defends better and are much more athletic. Maybe head and shoulders was a tad off base, but I don't think it is close.

They are more athletic but I think Crawford is the best scorer out of all on them.

I don't see much difference between the two.

 

UK is going to have to protect the ball, and Marquette has to rebound well...

Uk's are better scoring, Marq.'s guards are far superior when it comes to defense though. McNeal is one of the best defensive guards in the country. Marq also has Wes Matthews, he is another very talented guard.

People keep saying Marquette's are far superior in defense, but defense is one of Kentucky's strong points right now isn't it? They don't give up a ton of ppg.

I would say UK's are better defensively as I haven't watched Marquette enough to know but Crawford has become a very good defender under BCG. Before this year defense was not in Crawford's vocabulary but this year he has developed the ability to lock guys down. Bradley also has become head and shoulders better this year. That said James may be one of the best all around guards in the country.

 

This should be very fun to watch.

Crawford is the one of the best one on one players in the college game. He has also become a good defender, moving his feet and cutting off driving lanes. James can be explosive, and could go off on any given night, or not. UK needs to get 8-10 points from Harris and 8 rebounds as well. UK also needs Stevenson to step-up like he has been and score around 12-15 points and alter some shots in close. And definetly UK needs to take care of the ball, which has become a problem lately.
