March 16, 200818 yr Author I have not tried the workout but I'd say daily would be over doing it, 3-4 times a week sounds a bit better. I do it 3 times a week.
March 16, 200818 yr I do it 3 times a week. 3 times a week is a good number to go with, it gives the muscles plenty of time to rest, and recover.

March 16, 200818 yr Yeah, b/c it is a full body workout really. Yes it is, if not for the lower body exercises involved then you could rotate this workout with a lower body workout, that's why I'm anxious to start this one, it's a complete workout.
March 16, 200818 yr So do you do it daily? Or what would you suggest? I've only tried it once thus far. I will probably try to do it two, maybe three time s a week.
March 17, 200818 yr Anybody tried it yet who hadn't before? I'm anxious to hear about the experience. I'm still on the 200 at the end of the week, and it may be longer than I anticipated before jumping up to the 250. I'm just so tired/sore at the end of the week that unless I take Friday off and do the deed on Saturday it absolutely demoralizes me. I've been thinking about what exactly the 300 workout is the most beneficial for and here is what I think. Its a great workout for a person who has reached all of there lifting goals, in both strength and physique, and want to maintain in the least amount of time possible. If a person did this 3-4 times a week and really pushed themselves maintaining a desired fitness level could be done with limited core/power lifting. It will be a while before I get there, but thats the kind of lifting I think the 300 workout is best suited for.

It will be a while before I get there, but thats the kind of lifting I think the 300 workout is best suited for. I tried it, and honestly, it killed me! I had been in a lull regarding working out. I would go one day, then skip a week. It had been like that for a few months. I just got tired of the regular routine at the gym. I even mixed up my workouts, I just got tired of the gym. Last week, I really got back in to working out. I had a few great Judo practices that killed me, and then I tried this at the end of the week. Needless to say I was VERY SORE the next day. My legs, arms, everything...was sore. I was disappointed in what I was able to do as well. I was no where near the 300, I didn't even try that. I was not even able to get the 150, but I was close. I tried it again today and I was a little better, a little. It's going to take a while. I'll probably try it 2-3 times a week, and try to still get a regular work out in as well, and even some Judo in a couple of times a week. Hopefully sooner or later, I'll be in good shape!
March 18, 200818 yr I am planning on trying it in a month or so. I have been in a weight loss contest and have been doing cardio only. I even cut out push ups and sit ups. I didn't want to do anything that may put on muscle. The contest ends tomorrow so I will start back with weight training in the morning. I might try the 150 in 2 weeks and see what happens.
March 18, 200818 yr I've just started a new bench workout that lasts 50 days. The last time I did it I went from benching 215 to 255 and just missed 265 on this routine. It was back when I wayed about 190. Now I'm almost 210 so it's going to be interesting. Once I get through these two months I'm going to try to start cutting weight. I'm really interested in trying the 300 workout. I know I'll have to get a spotter on the pull ups but feel pretty good about the other stuff.

March 18, 200818 yr I started another thread on it for you guys. Let me know if you have any questions. It's pretty detailed on what to do. Make sure you print off the excel sheet with the program and the sheet at the bottom of the main page to plug in your workout.
March 18, 200818 yr I want to give a tip on the floor wipers if you can't do them like intended. Just leave the bar with the 45lb weights on the bench. Lay on the bench, grap the bar (don't press it) and begin. I did this this morning, got to 18 and about died. This is the best ab work I have tried. I hope to get to fifty doing them like this then moving to the floor like intended.
March 19, 200818 yr Just did the workout today. I replaced the dead lifts with squats though... I did right at 150 reps total...which is already more than I could do last week. I'm getting better!
March 19, 200818 yr Was looking and youtube does have alot of videos of the 300 workout being performed.
