You can't get in until the gym is cleared from the 1st game ( I think). But you could ditch in the restroom right at the end of the 1st game.

Insight isn't covering the Semi's this year...

After years of running Regional tourneys, don't think they don't know that trick. They check under the stands too. If CovCath grabs an undeniable lead in the 4th (or St. Henry), that's the time to bolt for the doors, but then there's still a boat load of folks already waiting outside. Good thing though is that there are two entrances. That helps a lot. At Holmes and Ryle, with only one entrance, you could wait awhile. Can't wait for next year when they move it to NKU and there will also be less waiting between games. :thumb:

I don't think there will be that long of a line this year. Neither team seems to have a big following as the gym was barely half full for their first round games. And NKU next year will be very, very nice. No worries about not getting in to get a seat.

Holmes is just way too athletic. They should control the speed of the games as well as the contest on the boards.

I dont think Holmes had a big showing because they were playing Bellevue. I think the semis and finals we'll see a much larger crowd, but nothing that will keep us waiting in a long line.

I wonder if they had ever entertained the idea of charging a huge fee for both games which will keep you in the gym between games, but the diehards don't have to wait. I'd pay $20.

IMO that'd make more sense. Charge 7 for students and 10 for adults rather than clearing the gym.That would make things a lot easier.
