bigblueinsanity Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Looks to be a great semifinal game. Looks like the Indians will outlast Scott though. I'll take Montgomery Co. by 11.
SirMixAlot Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 If Scott plays the way the did tonight, while finding a way to limit their turnovers and hit there foul shots and bunnies, I predict we will see them in the Finals. But, they have to start out fast, something they did not do tonight. I'm a homer but ill go with the upset. Nikola has to play the way he did tonight to off-set Stephens. Scott- 63 Mont- 60
Tiger1 Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Unfortunately, the season comes to an end for Scott in this game. Montgomery is too big and too deep for the Eagles. Hats off to the kids from Scott for making it this far. Montgomery by 13.
inthesuite Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 I'll take Montgomery by 15. Due to fouls late in the game! Scott has a strong team but the Indians are too big and deep for the Eagles.
GRC4LIFE Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Again, if Montgomery plays to their potential they have an easy ride to the finals.
TruBalla03 Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Havent really been able to follow the entire region this season but all I know is that Scott is a tough out every year it seems. The great game and upset over Mason County by GRC last year almost never happend because Scott nearly puilled off a huge upset. That is true for the past two years as they nearly upset GRC in 06 as well.
Red River Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Don't sell the Scott kids short, the way they have been playing as of late could be anybodies game. Their coach will have to make sure Nicola G. and Nick H. get plenty of touches because they are the best offensive threats. It will all come down to good D and limiting the turnovers. The paper said Hiller only had 2 assists but the announcer was calling out his name w/ assists to Nikola alot. What year is he?
Panther091 Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Great effort by Scott last night but unfortunately I don't see them having enough in the tank to handle Montgomery... MC by 15+

Scott is very young this year and how they are playing right now is amazing. If I am correct, they only have 1 senior in their starting line-up and will return almost everybody for the line-up and they use several underclassmen subs too. Scott will VERY good next year and I am looking foward to it. Hopefully their success as a team right now will carry them past Montgomery County and into the finals
Red River Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 If Scott is only losing one starter this year, they should be able to make some noise next year.
luvthemraiders Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 MC should have a 15-20 point win in the bag on their home court. Good luck to the Eagles!
