Looks like a pretty good ranking to me. Top 6 teams are playing really well right now. I agree on St. Henry a very hot team right now. Top 3 are the teams to beat. But lets not forget Conner a big win tonight and they will have home court advantage. It will be a good tournament again.

If the red Colonels draw away from the 35th loser they are a lock to be playing in the regional semi's, that sounds at least like a little racket to me.

Dixie beat St. Henry easily early in the season, without their best player.

 

If you're gonna rank 'em, then you have to use relevent information like this, or why bother?

 

Dixie is clearly the fourth best team left, and St. Henry is either fifth or sixth. That five, six spot is much closer to call to me than the four, five spot.

I would put Conner in the 4 spot as they seem to be the darkhorse. St. Henry has been playing well but Conner is my surprise team and they always put it together around Tourney time. Not to mention they will be on their home floor, how nice is that?

Homecourt advantage will mean alot to this conner team. Seems they always play great when they have a big crowd cheering them on. Look for them to suprise some teams.

Highlands is too high. I would flop them and Dixie with the #3 and #5 spots. With Simpson just coming back and McGraw's back problems they are not a top 3 team in NKY.

You are correct about having to focus on who you are playing or you will get beat. My point is with CovCath/Holmes on opposite sides of the bracket, the side Highlands draws onto becomes important. I think it will be very difficult for CovCath to beat Highlands and Holmes back to back. Or for Holmes to beat Highlands and CovCath back to back. Or for Highlands to beat CovCath/Holmes back to back. We shall see though.
