Musketeer_alum97 Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Is there any way to get advance tickets for the game Tuesday? There are a few of us from Greenup Co. who are planning on coming to the game, and I was wanting to make sure that we will be able to get in. Thanks.

Musketeer_alum97 Posted February 11, 2008 Author Posted February 11, 2008 I hope so, because I have been looking forward to this game for weeks!!:ylsuper:
MCHSindians08 Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Mason will win this game by 20+. Yep, the only thing to look forward to is for everyone to realize that Elliot is not near as good as the hype around them.
HOOKSHOT Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Yep, the only thing to look forward to is for everyone to realize that Elliot is not near as good as the hype around them. That may be so, however .... they are young and DO have two more years to look forward to! REALIZE THAT ?:thumb:
eccheer Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 That may be so, however .... they are young and DO have two more years to look forward to! REALIZE THAT ?:thumb: I agree . . . Elliott is a young team. The Faulkner twins, Ferguson and Chris Knipp are juniors so . . . they'll still be a powerhouse next year too!!
MCHSindians08 Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 That may be so, however .... they are young and DO have two more years to look forward to! REALIZE THAT ?:thumb: That might be so, but for some reason I get the feeling that the next 2 years of Elliot County basketball won't have a huge effect on this game.:lol::lol::lol::lol:
Ms Liberty Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 What restaurants are in Maysville? steak houses!
mcpapa Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Ponderosa; but many self-respecting Maysvillians stay away. If you're willing to pay a premium for a steak dinner, DeSha's close to the high school or Caproni's downtown are pretty decent. Favorite hangouts for the high schoolers include Applebees (on the AA highway), Mi Camino Real next to K-Mart, Pasquale's pizza heading down the hill. Lots of fast food and pizza joints, Frisch's, Tumbleweed, a couple of Chinese restaurants, Bob Evans, Gold Star Chili, etc. etc. You shouldn't go hungry.
Ms Liberty Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Thanks from Morehead. I completlly forgot about all those on the double A.
sidelinecoach Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Yep, the only thing to look forward to is for everyone to realize that Elliot is not near as good as the hype around them. Have you seen them play?
mhighfield Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Dont look for this one to be played.Weather.
LIVINGOUTADREAM Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Dont look for this one to be played.Weather. Temps are due to rise with this weather pattern, depending on when it starts could dictate if this game happens or not. Of course its up to the traveling school in most cases as to whether they come if school is out or not. I guess we will have to wait and see, but history speaks for itself, if Mason is out of school, but the opposing school is able to travel, this one will be played. Seems like always, when it snows, it never factors whether a game is played when schools are out unless a lot of white stuff and ice is dumped on us.
YoungBlood Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Yep, the only thing to look forward to is for everyone to realize that Elliot is not near as good as the hype around them. I wouldn't be so sure of Elliott not deserving the hype that they get. I do think that Mason will win this game, but Elliott County has a tremendous ball team.
