Pendleton County's Kyle Pettit commits to Georgetown

Featured Replies

Kyle verbally commited to Georgetown today and will sign Thursday at 10 am. Kyle was recruited as an offensive lineman but after meeting with Coach Cronin he was asked if he would think about playing on the d-line and also longsnapper. Congrats Kyle!

I saw him play late in the season. Very impressive player. Congratulations to this young man.

Actually, for such a small roster, Pendleton County had a pretty impressive team.

Congratulations, Kyle! Welcome to Georgetown!

Congratulations to Kyle! Georgetown seems like a good fit, as he seems to be one of the rare student/athletes that put a high emphasis on both academics and sports. I wish him the best of luck with his college career and hope he is very successful. Congrats Kyle!

Congrats Kyle. We will be watching. Good Luck.

Congrats to Kyle, his family and coaches! Way to go PC!!

Pendleton was highly motivated, played very hard, and looked terrific in their late season upset of Garrard. I recall Pettit being the Wildcats only lineman with much size. He was very skilled and showed great leadership on that evening. Congrats and good luck at G-town from Golden Lion country!

Congrats Kyle, keep up the good work on and off the field. Oh and congrats to mom and dad too!!

Congrats Kyle, and yes Pendleton played hard each and every play when I saw them.Good luck as a Tiger!:thumb:
