I've seen a few, and I can tell you one thing, Raceland is going to be in great shape. Calling it running doesn't even do it justice.

Maybe they should do summer workout with the Cross Country Team. I know that we always had a saying in High school: If Cross Country Was Easy...We'd Call It Football.

Don't you hate it when someone, who obviously didn't play football, comes into the football forum and tries to tell us much harder their sport of choice is?

 

I guess Imagination Land is a great place for someone with an overactive imagination.

BTW, I played football,for a short while, but choose Cross Country over it.

From what I have been told. Great and a head of schedule. Hold on to your hats for this could be a special year for the Rams. With hard work and discipline. Good group of find young men that will do anything coach hoof might asks of them. If they respect the game and give there all and leave nothing on the field. The sky is the limit. Good luck this season with a orange road paved to Louisville.

I believe it was July 21, the Monday after the Dead Period ended.

I certainly hope so HCT. I also hope that they stay focused and not get caught up in all the talk about how good they are and the like. One thing for certain is that you can always get better and all of the press clippings and talk gets you nothing. On "paper" Raceland will be very good, the game is played on the field. As long as the Rams stay focused, work hard and never get to where they are satisfied they will be o.k..

Raceland should dominate just about everyone on their schedule, and they should win the district. Even though I believe their district is one of the better ones in the state for single A. There really is no easy opponents in my opinion.
