1owlzfan Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 Awesome win for the Cards!!!! :dancingpa Go Cards!!!
CoachBuckett Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 Good win for my Cards. Game could have been worse if the could have shot better in 1st half. Defense was great, they really kept their shooters in check.
gametime Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 Marquette is a lot like X on the road. Way to inconsistent...
Jim Schue Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 I figured the Cards would win by double-digits, but I didn't expect 20 ... :thumb:
C-A-T-S Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 Good win for my Cards. Game could have been worse if the could have shot better in 1st half. Defense was great, they really kept their shooters in check. And the game could have been closer if Marquette shot better the whole game...:thumb:
02Ram54 Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 Louisville was in their heads for a good portion of that game. James was desperate not to shoot after the 'airball' chant from the crowd. This is as good a defensive team as there is in the country right now.
HOMELESS CAMEL Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 I was looking at Marquette's resume before this game and they have had some nice wins so far this season. The Cards are just playing that well right now.
SuperB Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 Cards should start to get on a roll. Pitino's teams usually don't play their best ball until mid to late February. Hope they are not peaking too early!!!
buzzer beater Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 I was looking at Marquette's resume before this game and they have had some nice wins so far this season. The Cards are just playing that well right now. Card's are playing pretty good right now...
02Ram54 Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 This team is nowhere near its potential yet. This was not a miracle, once-in-a-lifetime upset here... Louisville never looked great on the offensive end outside of T-Will and Padgett. Defensively, this team is getting close, but there's still a lot of room for growth on offense.
