Ah, now there's a breath of fresh air! :thumb:

Question, why is it that it's ok to say that if you want to smoke, stay home. But not ok to say if you don't want to be around smokers, don't go where smoking is allowed?

True, that makes it nice, but one thing to think about. Some bars have had problems with police waiting outside them. When a person steps outside to smoke, they are nailed for public intox. To me it sounds like entraptment, but what do I know.

This whole thing probably belongs in P/R. Here's my question. As laws go, isn't it usually illegal to cause harm to someone else? It has been proven that second hand smoke is harmful correct?

Someone drinking alcohol can be harmful to others as well. :p

Im a non smoker but feel like it should be left up to the bar owner to make their business a smoke free environment. I will admit it is nice to go to the bars in Cincy and not have to deal with or smell like smoke.

And there are laws concerning that.

Most of the places here in Paducah have an actual fenced in area for smokers to prevent this...
