I thought that Drew Skaggs was not able to play this year due to KHSAA rulings.

I don't know, But I think that stuff all got cleared up. I see no problem in him playing. Of coarse with KHSAA you never know. They are like a dysfunctional family.

I wasnt saying anything bad about Peytons defense. He is a great defensive player and like I said the best all-around ball player in the region. I would say that Craft from Greenup is right up there with him defensively and so is Stringfellow from GC. I also like the Wilson kid from Boyd at short. I think Peyton's arm is his only short coming. Dont get me wrong, he has a good arm for a high school short stop but I dont think he has the arm of a college short stop. I see him playing second base in college. He has grown alot since last season so look for more power numbers this year.

 

Craft is an extremely good player. Probably one of the best outfielders in the region. Eric is one of those guys that would be good at any sport he tried. If a new sport were invented .......... no doubt he would excel.

I agree that Barker is an extremely good player. I believe (maybe I`m wrong) that we were talking about defensive infielders. Gatlin will most likely (in my book) be as good as there is in the outfield this season.

Craft is an extremely good player. Probably one of the best outfielders in the region. Eric is one of those guys that would be good at any sport he tried. If a new sport were invented .......... no doubt he would excel.

Sorry ---- you`re right. I saw him play outfield this past summer for Post 76 and he played it like he owned it. I`m hearing he may play third this year at GCHS. Wherever he plays ---- I`m sure he`ll play it well.

Craft is a good baseball player, but he is like everone else. There are several other players on that team that is alot better than Craft.
