Crestin Salyers from East Carter imo has the potential to suprise alot of people in the region this year. Watch out for this kid to make some big noise throughout the season and challenge for the regions best player along with Craft, Hieneman, Sagraves, Seagraves, and Martin.

Some good young talent at Greenup on the Junior Varsity such as Brad Fyffe, Rees Justice, Bryson Miller, Jarred Moore, and Jordan Perdue.

Raceland will also have some younger players that may see some Varsity. Some have played consistently JV since 7th grade.

Maybe some can help fill in the blanks. My preseason 16th region player of the year is Racelands` Peyton Martin. Probably the best hands in the region since Chicago White Sox draftee Dustin Shafer from Russell. Peyton is aqn exciting player to watch and he makes his team mates better.

You are correct in that Stringfellow will be a huge asset to the team, but as I have stated in other posts, I worry about his health. He seems to have the worst luck in the world when it comes to injuries on and off the field. Nothing serious, mind you, but the little things that can aggravate a player throughout the year.
