December 24, 200718 yr That seems logical to want to play the highest-ranked team available. Talk about bulletein board material. Although I do not think they said, "Hey we do not want to play WVU because they suck", it will be portrayed as such in the locker room. That's exactly what I was thinking, and with their coach jetting. I'd say they could come out on fire, or just come out and get stomped.

January 3, 200818 yr Didn't anybody read swamprat's post above? OU requested to play the highest ranked team available BEFORE they even knew who their opponent would be. It had nothing to do with WVU, they just wanted their shot at a NC and they wanted to play the team most likely to give them that boost if they could win.
