The bar owner has ZERO interest in "making it unique" for men UNLESS $$ come with that unique experience. Tell a guy that lots of females with be imbibing at zero cost to them and many will get their best cologne and Members Only jacket on and head on out.

For the record, let me state that I've NEVER owned one unlike those in from the class of 97.

I think the guy is stupid for taking this to court. Obviously just some joker trying to make a quick buck.

 

On the other hand I do see this as a form of discrimination. If you replace men and women with black and white then it would be discrimination. How could this not be discrimination also ?

Didn't need a perm, had naturally curly hair at that time.

Now I have naturally straight skin.

Why should men complain about ladie's night? All it does is save the money that these same men would spend on drinks in the fruitless pursuit of the women. If anything, it should be called "Cheap Date Night"
