Or "mark it down" Kentucky stinks

As soon as UK got down 8, I knew the game was over. This just may be a long year for the Cats. The Cats were lucky IU wasn't at full strength. :scared:

An embarrassing loss, maybe one of many this season. This is going to be a long season and if we don't get Meeks and Jasper back will be even longer.

I felt that Patterson had a decent game. I hope that U.K. fans will not start "bailing out" on this team.

This season is not going to be a good one and I hope that all stay with these Cats. Yes, we have a bad basketball team w/o Meeks and Jasper - absolutely NO guard play and no offensive flow at all.

Gillispie will have his hands full with this team this season but he has been there before. Not a lot if anything good to say about today's loss - Patterson looked good I thought......that's it.

I am not bailing on this team and I hope that others do not, if anyone does then just please don't come back claiming to be a fan when they start winning. :irked:

p.s. - I.U. also has got the better of the two Crawford brothers.

Rough game to watch. Did anything positive come out of this game?[/QUOTE]

Patterson looked decent, other than that..............No.

IMO

I would like to see the CATs press more. I feel that with the type of players that he has they may be better off generating more of their offese from their defense than having the offense continue to struggle to fing its groove.

I am not going to bail on them but its frustrating to watch when Crawford and Bradley try and take the game over. I thought that Patterson should of got the ball more. I dont think he took a shot in the 2nd half intil the 12 min mark. I think we are going to make progress as the season goes. Is the practices open to the public to watch?

With the exception of Patterson, who can they give the ball to? They have no scoring help.

That's really the only option until Meeks and Jasper get back, aside from those random nights when Crawford can make it through the lane to hit a few lay ups.

Liggins and Miller are on their way though.

Not much positive to report on todays game except for the play of Patterson.

Though they were not tested by the Cats today, Indiana has a very good team that will get even better as Gordon becomes healthy.
