Leftover turkey (cold), a slice of avocado, 2 slices of crisp bacon, a slice of tomato, some baby swiss, and a generous slather of Gulden's brown mustard between two slices of whatever thick-cut bread strikes your fancy. Serve with a length of dill pickle, some barbeque chips, and cold Grain Belt or Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
