I think the point is that Billy G is not far from the moron status. He might be putting himself into situations that will come back to bite him on the proverbial rear at a later date.

IF, he is getting so drunk while partying with UK female students that he needs a personal driver to take him home then he is a moron. Imagine what the young men under his charge will be doing if their head coach is partaking in the above.
