I played in the Bell vs. Highlands '05 game so I think I may know a little more than you. The state semi-finals trophy is sitting in Bell Co.'s trophy case. The picture you have is of the state championship trophy and the game we were discussing is the state semifinals game. Bell Co. was awarded the semi-finals game. So, now you know. Also 1-14 state champs, I don't think that is much to brag about, but that is a whole other can of worms.

Back to the matter at hand Bell vs. Lex Cath '07 if you please.

Sorry. I was referring to the 2004 Bell Co vs HHS game @ BEll. You probably know a lot more than I 'bout the '05 game cause I did not attend that meeting. Besides, I wasn't aware that they even gave out semi - trophies. At Highlands, we just go for the big one!

I consider this game the 4A state championship game.

BTW, Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Ive been saying this all year, We should just all go up to Cardinal stadium and let these two play up there, and give the winner the trophy. I mean no disrespect to any other team in the state, I just believe these two teams are just that good. Just my opinion though.

I think you created a little confusion here.....it WAS the 2004 game with Highlands.....if you played in it. You may have been Bobcat Class of 2005, but game was in fall of 2004. Bell lost to Rock 21-0 to go out in second round of playoffs at home in 2005, I believe.

Best of luck to both teams. Each and every player will give 100% to get the "W" for their respective school. The kids played hard to get to this stage of the game - be supportive of their efforts on the field as well as off the field. Their journey is just beginning... what a life lesson sport can be!

Who are the running back's for Bell Co?

Who are the running back's for Bell Co?

#15 Spencer Greer, and #12 TR Christopher are Bell's running backs. Both have put up numbers - Greer with 1500 yards so far and Christopher for about 700 yards. As a team their total rushing yards are over 3000 yards and passing is over 1000 yards (they have only thrown about 100 times this year, but their completion rate is high and a high percentage of those completed passes have been for touchdowns). Coach Hilton may not throw much, but he is very efficient!

Back in the summer there was a runningback that started his career at Bell and then he transfered to Corbin and I think he is the runningback at Bell again. Could someone a little closer to the program clear this up for me. I forget the kid's name . Is he still playing?

sorry, wrong program! Not at Bell

Are you sure about that?

Positive nothing like that happened at Bell this season.

And #5 Dominic carton who should be closing in on 500yds for his freshman season. Starting QB Kyle Nelson stats are 70-103 988yds 13tds-0int.

Speaking of QB's someone said that LC's QB maybe out tonight? Anyone know anything about this?
