FHS BIG! :D Frankfort 42 Eminence 18

FHS should win big, statement to show last week was just that:LAST WEEK!

DON'T LET THE FANS/PARENTS/BROTHERS/SISTERS DIVIDE YOUR TEAM!

Good luck FHS,take it to L'ville!

Not too many people interested in the game or expecting much of a game I guess (as to why there was no thread yet).

Biggest question, will EJ Fields be at 100% for this game?

Frankfort 61-0

Frankfort wins big with new plays. Good Luck Panthers!

They don't need him....Dress him, but don't play him unless absolutely necessary, IMO. That being said, Frankfort big.

Frankfort 49-12.

I believe they can win without him, but all other factors NOT considered, Frankfort was only up 7 - 0 at the half the first time this game was played. I don't look for many focus or execution errors in this game for the Panthers though.

How do you have a tie in a playoff game?

How do you have a tie in a playoff game?

Before the mid-1970s, that state of Kentucky used a different system. The game was played straight through and if it was tied after four quarters, then the game was decided by a tiebreaker. There was no overtime - the winner was decided by whoever had the most "penetrations" (first downs). This was done in Texas up until just a few years ago.

By the way, the Frankfort tie was a 14-14 game in the first round (regional final) against Bardstown in 1968. Frankfort advanced and beat Fulton City in the state semifinals before falling to Lynch in the state championship game.
