Newport Catholic had five losses last year. Bell County had five in 1991.

How many did Bourbon Co. have the year they won it???

Bourbon County only had three losses but they were a #3 seed in the playoffs.

Trinity's had 4 losses in 1994 and 2003.

 

In 2003 they pulled off the greatest upset ever, when an 0-4 team beat an undefeated #1 team in the state. That hasn't been done ever.

I dunno. I think a 14-6 victory over the undefeated, reigning state champs who had previously destroyed us 48-16 is a pretty big upset too.

I don't consider Trinity (in the past 30 years) beating anyone in Kentucky as an 'upset'. When they were 0-4 that season, who were those losses to? I am willing to bet they were not cupcakes!
