October 28, 200718 yr After this week in college football who is leading the Heisman race..My list.. Matt Ryan - Didn't have the best game against VT but had a BIG come from behind win. Stats - 217 of 365 - 2,433 passing yards - 19 TD's - 8 INT's Dennis Dixon - Had a big game to help Oregon beat USC. And still the best all around QB in the country. Stats - 154 of 224 - 1,885 passing yards - 16 TD's - 3 INT's - 92 carries - 492 rushing yards - 8 TD's Tim Tebow - UF lost it's 3rd game but Tebow done all he could and had another nice game. Stats - 129 of 196 - 1,947 passing yards - 18 TD's - 3 INT's - 138 carries - 563 yards - 12 TD's Mike Hart - Hart has missed two games in a row and his numbers still look huge. Stats - 200 carries - 1,078 yards - 12 TD's Colt Brennan - Brennan had a big 500 yard 6 TD game against New Mexico State to help put him back in the mix of things. Stats - 225 of 328 - 2,820 passing yards - 26 TD's - 11 INT's Chase Daniel - Mizzou did lose a game but Daniel is still putting up big numbers. Stats - 228 of 326 - 2,533 passing yards - 18 TD's - 8 INT's Darren McFadden - McFadden kind of got out of the talk with all these QB's but he is now back no a roll. Stats - 188 carries - 993 yards - 11 TD's Andre Woodson - A 31-14 loss to Miss. State may have ended Woodson's Heisman talk. Stats - 215 of 337 - 2,431 passing yards - 28 TD's - 7 INT's Others... DeSean Jackson - 46 catches - 541 yards - 5 TD's Ray Rice - 234 carries - 1,141 rushing yards - 13 TD's Steve Slaton - 151 carries - 825 rushing yards - 13 TD's Graham Harrell - 348 of 478 - 3,979 passing yards - 35 TD's - 11 INT's Call me crazy, but if Ohio State goes 12-0 and Todd Boeckman has a good year, he could possibly be in the mix as well. Boeckman's stat's - 139 of 209 - 1,799 passing yards - 21 TD's - 8 INT's.
October 28, 200718 yr Author 1. Dixon 2. Tebow 3. Ryan 4. Rice The only thing that will hurt Rice is his team.
October 29, 200718 yr Author Dixon like I said last week. Dixon should be up there now. He has played big a lot here lately and Oregon is a top 5 team. He is an amazing player to watch.

Now if you could give it to an entire defense then it goes to Ohio St's but IMO Todd will not be in the mix.

If Boeckman has some more big games and OSU goes 12-0 he could sneak up and win it. It could happen. Desmond Howard said it could be possible for Boeckman to win it.

If Woodson didn't just lose to MSU he would still be high in the race and be in the top 5 for winning it. Just a thought, jeez.
October 29, 200718 yr Author Brian Brohm 251-368 3,229 yards 26 TD 7 INT I did forget Brohm and my bad. He has some pretty huge numbers right now.
October 29, 200718 yr Why is Tebow so low on most of your guys lists? He is the man in UF...he has about 70% of UF O
