Not to disagree with your , but according to post #2, McQueary Central released him, but that does not make him eligible to play. KHSAA makes that ruling once MC sends the paperwork back to them, then forwards it on to JC. Again, JC should have waited for this paperwork BEFORE allowing this student to participate. It falls back on the school.

 

Again, only KHSAA can rule a player eligible.

True, just quite disappointing that anyone is allowed to cause a disruption such as this during the season. Makes you wonder what their motivation was??

As I have said, the KHSAA did.

Folks, everyone needs to just settle down. Let all the facts come to light and hopefully the right decision will be made. Things will work out. Until then, lets not speculate on whom did what and what their motivations may have been.
