Cause following your logic, people aren't going to follow the laws, so we might as well make it legal and control it. So we are going to legalize something because a group of people who have indicated they do not care about following the marijuana laws have chosen not to follow them. Follow that????

 

I said that if you want to control it then legalize it, regulate how it's grown and price it accordingly then you have a better chance to control it. Obviously it being illegal is not doing anything to stop it or even slow it down and if anyone thinks it is then they are blind.
