BTW, did legalize alcohol stop the deaths caused by drunk driving? I betcha that there have been more people who have died because of drunk driving, crimes committed while drunk or alcohol related diseases 10 times over than were killed during Prohibition by the mob.

Alcohol does these exact same things. So to your point of consuming responsibly, there's no difference between marijuana and alcohol.IMO

 

Add in the fact that, like HHSDad stated, employers will still have the right to test and insurance companies will still make them test their employees. As I said, those that will now, will continue and those that don't...won't...

 

Great the tests are next week, how does that help me when the guy running the forklift feeding me the boxes I am loading on a truck is higher than a kite? Yeah, access is not too difficult but selling it at the neighborhood convenience store makes it even more easier.

Cause following your logic, people aren't going to follow the laws, so we might as well make it legal and control it. So we are going to legalize something because a group of people who have indicated they do not care about following the marijuana laws have chosen not to follow them. Follow that????
