October 2, 200719 yr I am going to say yes at this point in the season. They moved up 12 spots from last week! They beat a WV team that didnt have Pat White in the second half. I might be wrong by the end of the year but at this point I think that USF is overrated.

They've got the job done to date.

October 2, 200719 yr They have done a great job but both UK and USF are both overrated..and I am a HUGE cat fan. When 5 top 10 teams fall to unranked opponents the polls will be skewed for a few weeks...

I disagree with them being ranked against Oklahoma and Florida. The polls for the first 5-7 weeks are primarily based on wins and losses and strength of schedule doesn't play into that too much until later in the year. Are they better? well maybe.
