I say let Dunn and Cunningham settle it the "country way" in the clubhouse behind closed doors. When Dunn lifts him off of his feet by the neck, the comments will cease.

:thumb: I like the way you think.

I take everything he says with a grain of salt and listen to his show for what it is, entertainment and a little political commentary.

As an aside, I believe every negative thing I hear about Democrats and none of it that I hear about Republicans. :p

And I like the way 98 thinks.

This isn't even a big deal.

When Cunningham went to apologize yesterday, Dunn told him he was pathetic and that it wasn't over....Doesn't sound like he's letting it go.

Until that (and bringing his mom into the picture), Dunn was the sympathetic character in this tableau. Now, not so much.

I would have like to have seen another option on the poll.

Willie is dead on:D

I think Dunn should sue Willie for slander. Unless Willie has evidence that he was in fact drunk, then he is saying things that aren't true and slanderous. This could potentially cause Dunn harm in that it could hurt his (potential) endorsement deals...

I'm no expert nor am I an attorney.

With that said, I'd say there is zero chance. I think the fact that it is an opinion would negate libel/slander.

I agree with what Doyel said earlier today. Why does Dunn bring mommy into it when he gets his feelings hurt by the media?

I'm a Dunn fan but I would agree with this.

Although, once would not be a problem just let remind us that these guys do have parents/kids that are affected by this.

I had no problem with it the first time he brought it up. :thumb: To continue to fallback on it every time is a little pathetic IMO.

Didn't Tom Cruise just win a judgement based on similar things printed about him? I'm not sure the details, it just seems like he is being accused of something in paticular... I'm definitely not a lawyer either.
