I agree V.Tech looked terrible. They play LSU this week right?

@LSU on Saturday night. No chance of winning! Well, probably no chance.

Michigan is the first team ever to be ranked in the top 5 one week & out of the top 25 the next.

They said on Mike & Mike this morning that it had happened before, in the 60's (may have been the AP poll now that I think about it). Oklahoma maybe? I wasn't paying that close of attention.

Michigan is doing 2 a day football practices so I believe Carr has the full attention of his team. I don't look for Michigan to take it easy on the Ducks. I feel sorry for them.

Is that even allowed once school starts back in session? I thought you were restricted with time in college football.

You got it right the first time- no chance, LSU will pound them.

That was before the "Top 25". They dropped out of the top 20 I believe was all.

I am suprised UM is as high as they are. Why would that many people give them votes to remain in the top 25??? The coaches have to protect their fraternity so it makes a little more sense. I am interested in seeing it in comparrison to the AP.

I say yes ,but I wouldn't have voted them out of it this week.

Why not? They lost to a D1-AA school. I know they are a great football team but still. This was a game Michigan is supposed to win. At the big house, in front of over 100,000 people, why would you not put them out of the top 25? Tennessee was ranked what, 15th? they went from 15th to 24th after getting beat by a top 15 team. Michigan was in the national championship hunt this season, and a game at home that they are supposed to win, they lose. I would have voted them out for sure.

Not only that, but you HAVE to make the early polls more fluid than the rest of the year because they are based off nothing. You can't say that Michigan can only drop so many spots, because they did nothing to earn the spot they recieved. If they are good enough, they can play thier way back into a good ranking and a BCS game.
