I don't know about you, but I'm starting to be a little concerned about the Bengals at this point.

They really digressed from last week.

N.O. has a nice team, but they really took it to the Bengals tonight. It was their third game compared to the Bengals second, but the Bengals really labored on offense with the one's and the two's.

Don't have a good feeling about the Men in Stripes at this point, with their injuries and so forth.

I never put much into preseason. I do think the Saints have what it takes to be a Super Bowl contender though. Their offense is flat out scary! They got better on defense and they weren't far from the big game last year.

Looks like the bengals will have a tough time stopping anyone.

I know where your going with this. But the Colts have a slightly better D or so it would seem. And there offense is more polished. Both teams have the same logic.. were gonna give up points, but were gonna score points. However, they are just a better team as last year would tell ya.

The Bengals are very quesitonable on both sides of the ball up front right now. They don't have depth at all all over the field and they can't stay out of jail. There offense is still one of the best in the NFL and they got a nice DB but lost some nice players. I think they almost took a step back other than CB position this year.

In the end they have a shot but I'm just not feeling it that this is their year. Don't get me wrong I REALLY HOPE SO but I don't think they got much better in the offseason at all.

I'll say it again though, the Saints are going to put up major points on about everybody!

I was there last night. Pretty boring to watch. Sat in club seating last night, the price on the ticket says 200.00. Wow! For that you get a padded seat and, a waiter and a nicer concession area. Give me a Diamond seat anyday. As for the play of the Bengals, it is preseason. I'd be concerned about the play of both lines and of course the D backfield. Could be another 8-8 year. I just don't think they improved the team very much from last years team. 1 more thing, why is Chis Henry playing?? You'd think they'd be giving guys on the bubble those snaps to try and make the team or at least show what they have.

They won't make the playoffs this year. The AFC is improved across the board.

I am not worried about the offense as much as the defenses ability to get off the field. The same old can't stop the run.

 

Without an adequate defense, no team can make it to the playoffs and hope to be a serious contender. A team can go farther with a strong defense and a so so offense (remember the Ravens). It is not a high enough goal just to make it to the playoffs. If that is your goal, you really setting the bar too low.

I'm not worried, but they looked awful last night. T. Perry looked completely lost.

Pre-season means NOTHING...I can't stress that enough. We'll get exactly what we expect from the Bengals barring injuries and arrests...a top 3 or 4 offense and a defense with a lot of holes.

I'm not worried, they were a little rusty at times and it really showed. Carson hits Tab on that deep ball 99 out of 100 times. Very rare to see Carson do that. He over threw one to Chad to. Thats the kind stuff that happens in PRE season. I'm worried Levi and Willie won't be ready that my biggest concern this year. Peko is going to be a stud.

D is still the biggest concern. Saints recievers were wide open all night. And can the Bengal please defend the screen pass. They were horrible against that play last night.
