Down side is that the BoSox play Tampa Bay 15 times before seasons end. I honestly do not expect the Yanks to win the division but I do think that they can take the WC. Should the Yanks get in the playoffs I belive that they woul beat the Sox. Look out for the "Pinstripe Nation"!

July 26, 200719 yr Yankees are 6 1/2 back in the East and 4 1/2 out of the WC. That is from 14games out earlier in the East and I believe 8 or 10 back in the WC. I am not counting them out of the AL playoffs just yet.
July 26, 200719 yr The Sox have only allowed 4 runs to the Indians in 3 games. If they continue to get pitching like that they'll be fine. Besides the Yankees don't get to play the Devil Rays and Royals the whole rest of the schedule. The Sox do have 15 games out of their last 61 against the D-Rays.
